Lunch Service

We offer a lunch every weekday at Noon.  Do drop by for good food and great conversation.  Please call 829-8381 to make a reservation.  Please make your reservation before 1PM on the day before you wish to eat lunch.  A donation is requested. We hope to see you!

Tuesday, January 31st 2:00pm

  We are having an introduction to The Healing Power of Story Sharing. Be inspired and encouraged by the camaraderie of hearing and sharing stories. Stories can connect us to ourselves and each other, preserve and honor ancestral history, as well as entertain. Sher Christian enchants others with her expressive vocalization of stories and poetry and facilitates group story sharing. John Christian enhances stories with music on the keyboard.
 

Tuesday, February 7th 12:30pm

  Join us for our February Birthday celebration. You are welcome even if you were born in another month. Come for this sparkling celebration. Enjoy Sumptuous birthday cake and delightful entertainment by the Mariachi band from Elsie Allen High School. Join us for a delightful social gathering of fun people, refreshments with music, laughter and dancing.

Friday, February 10th 3:00pm

  Enjoy tasting and learning about thje world of fine chocolate from a variety of local chocolatiers while enjoying live music. Taste the best chocolates made in Sonoma County. According to a past chocolate extravaganza attendee: "It's not just the wonderful chocolate,It's the whole experience: the music, the decorations and the experience of seeing and tasting those beautiful chocolates." This year's theme will be chocolate and food pairing with cheeses and fruits. The cost is $10.00. You must RSVP. The seating is limited. Wednesday, February 15th 4:30pm

  Sebastopol Senior Center Book Club will meet. This month they are reading Blue Orchard written by Jackson Taylor. Come join the lively discussions and increase your reading pleasure.
 

Friday, February 17th 2:00pm

  Martha Lenatti, Respiratory Therapist from the Pulmonary Wellness Program at Petaluma Valley Hospital, will talk about COPD and other restrictive lung diseases. Martha will explain how you can help yourself.
 

Tuesday, February 21st 2:00pm

  Judy Walenta, Family Nurse Practitioner, will discuss Pre Diabetes. Judy will provide lots of easy, user friendly suggestions on how to avoid it and how to reverse it including references to current research.
 

Tuesday, March 13th 1:00pm

  Mary Rottman, Publicist for O'reilly Media, will speak on social media and your computer. Mary will show you how simple it is to be part of the social networking scene with your computer. You will learn the nuts and bolts of Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus. Learn how these work and how to use them to your advantage.
 

Tuesday, March 27th 11:00am

  Come to see a Chinese Cultural exhibit. There will be dancing and music played on ancient instruments. Stay for an Asian lunch at 12:00.
The cost is $10.00 which includes lunch and the program.
