	Lunch Service We offer a lunch every weekday at Noon. Do drop by for good food and great conversation. Please call 829-2440 to make a reservation. Please make your reservation before 1PM on the day before you wish to eat lunch. A donation is requested. We hope to see you!

Ice Cream Social and Movie! Come on down to the Senior Center for an ice cream sundae with all the toppings and stay for our feature film presentation of The Devil Wears Prada starring Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway.

Tuesday, July 15th

Camie Sumrall and Sharon Smith from Home Helpers will present Making Life Easier which is an information seminar. This seminar will include:

Tools to support and care for a loved one at home
Caregivers Bill of Rights
Ideas about community resources to help you safely stay in the comfort of your home

There will be refreshments and raffle prizes!

Thursday, July 17th

Sparkie Lovejoy, certified Laughter Yoga Leader and Teacher will present an introductory session on Laughter Yoga. Laughter Yoga is a fun, easy way to improve your health. We combine Yogic breathing with laughter exercises and add relaxation at the end. Some of the benefits are increased oxygen, endorphins and DHEA. You will meet new laughter buddies and it will boost your self confidence and reduce stress. The classes can be modified to fit any skill level.

Tuesday, July 29th

Persia Woolley, historic novelist, will present Fremont and Stockton-The Bopsie Twins of Early California. Persia will provide a bemused look at two unique, somewhat rascally western heroes who helped shape early California and left their names on two of our cities. Come prepared for a fun time.

The State of California Senior Drivers Public Safety Program will be presented by Ombudsman in the California Department of Motor Vehicles.

Pam Brown from the Redwood Origami club will present a hands-on Origami Workshop.
