Feldenkrais Method Mat Class - Awareness through Movement. Minimize the process of height loss. Stay strong and tall while sitting and standing. Must be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance. Floor exercises that can minimize the process of height loss and help you stay strong and tall while sitting and standing. Students must be able to get up and down from the floor with little or no assistance. The instructor is Julie C. Smith, P.T. and Feldenkrais Practitioner. Walk-ins are welcome.
