Join Julie Smith, PT, bi-weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. for the SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) Balance and Strength class.

Registration and pre-assessment are required. To register, pick up your packet from the Sebastopol Area Senior Center.

SAIL is an evidence-based, community-focused balance course. Thanks to a generous grant from the Bethlehem Foundation, we are able to subsidize a portion of the cost of each class.

Fee: Wisdom Counts Members, $5; Non-members, $8.
