Six-Week Series begins Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018
Time: 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Are you confused by conflicting advice about diet and health? Do you wonder how to improve your diet so you can feel better, but you don't know where to start?

In this workshop and support group, we will explore whole foods, nutrition, and lifestyle to ultimately learn to improve digestion, have more energy, sleep better, and prevent and manage chronic illness. Participants will receive a binder containing detailed class notes, handouts, and recipes. Each week, we will enjoy a delicious and healthy snack, discover new habits to improve health, discuss our successes and challenges, set goals for the next week, and support each other in making positive changes.
