Yoga for Radiance

In Dina Handley's Yoga for Radiance class, you will learn to use your breath as a tool to ultimately reduce stress and fatigue, and increase stamina and overall well-being.

Dina is a certified yoga instructor and teacher of Ayurvedic Nutrition. She has studied yoga all over the world including the Ra Ma Institute of Applied Yogic Sciences.

Yoga for Radiance begins October 3 and will continue weekly on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
