Steve Levenberg DO

Norman Mintz, OD

Dr. Steven Levenberg is a board-certified Family Physician with over thirty years’ experience caring for the medical needs of thousands of people of all ages. A native of Santa Rosa, Dr. Levenberg attended medical school at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. After that, he did postgraduate training in Portland, Oregon and practiced near Portland before returning to Sonoma County in 1989. His practice was located in Cotati and Rohnert Park affiliated with Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods. Dr. Levenberg has lived in Sebastopol for over 25 years with his wife, Patty.


Norman (“Doc”) Mintz, O.D. is a recently-retired optometrist whose 45-year practice was in Sebastopol.  Originally from New Jersey, he got his bachelor’s from Rutgers University and his optometry degree from UC Berkeley.  An avid hiker and ping pong player, he understands the challenges inherent in staying on one’s feet.  He hopes to remain in Sebastopol many years into old age without falling over.


Allan Bernstein M.D.

A native of Brooklyn, Alan did his medical training in Upstate New York, Los Angeles and Boston. He worked for Kaiser as a clinical neurologist and in the Research Department studying stroke, migraine, Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease. After retirement from Kaiser, he continued working in the community clinics, including West County, Petaluma and Santa Rosa. He is currently involved in teaching for UCSF and for OLLI at Sonoma State as well as being involved in clinical trials on Alzheimer’s disease. In his spare time, he maintains a fruit orchard west of Graton, with multiple varieties of apples, pears, plums, peaches, citrus and avocados.


Lisa Bell, PT

Caitlin Beale

Lisa Bell is a Physical Therapist with over 30 years of experience, specializing in Fall Risk management and vestibular disorders.   She is a graduate of the rigorous Emory University Vestibular Rehab Certificate of Competency program, the Certificate of Competency Vestibular Therapy program at 360 Neuro Health in association with Texas State University and University of Wisconsin, and the Cal State Fullerton Fallproof program. 


Caitlin Beale, MS, RDN, has a diverse range of nutrition experience, from clinical to community and education. She grew up in Sebastopol and returned to northern California after earning her Master of Science in Nutrition from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo to raise her family. Caitlin previously worked as a clinical dietitian at Sutter Santa Rosa and Marin Health Medical Center and also owned a private practice focused on nutritional counseling for women's health and GI conditions. Caitlin is passionate about health promotion and the impact of nutrition on overall well-being and currently shares her knowledge with others as a full-time health content writer. She loves cooking, reading, and spending quality time with her family and two furry friends.


Marianne Potts

Dana Davis

Marianne Potts graduated from UC Davis in 1999 with a B.S. in Psychology and then CSU Fresno in 2007 with a Masters in Physical Therapy. She has since become certified as a Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2018, completed the rigorous APTA Herdman Competency Program in Vestibular Rehab offered through Emory University in 2014 and earned her certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy through the McKenzie Institute in 2011. Movement analysis, balance and vestibular rehabilitation are some of her many professional interests. She began her long time study of gait and balance disorders while in graduate school where she worked in the Gait and Balance Lab and participated in teaching Fallproof classes.

Marianne is a Sebastopol native and loves living in Sonoma County where she can give back to the community she loves. She is married with two young boys, ages 7 years and 18 months. When she does get some free time, she enjoys working out, cycling and hiking, reading and spending time with friends and family.


Dana Davis, MA, CYT, is a Certified Teacher of "Original Alignment" by the Balance Center in Palo Alto, California, where she studied and worked with Jean Couch (author of The Runner’s Yoga Book) beginning in 1996. She has practiced yoga since 1984 and is a graduate of the 3-year Advanced Studies Program at the Yoga Room in Berkeley (a 500-hour program). She has studied Restorative Yoga with Judith Lasater, and is a certified “Relax and Renew” Trainer. She became certified by Elise Miller to teach Yoga for Scoliosis in 2013. In 2017 she was certified by Dr. Loren Fishman to teach Yoga for Osteoporosis and in 2022 in his Back Pain methodology. She has also completed advanced studies with Richard Miller, Ph.D., in Yoga Nidra/iRest.

She has a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Spirituality and was a professional Flamenco dancer for 7 years in San Francisco, performing twice in the San Francisco Ethnic Dance Festival.
