*Pre-registration is required* This is a 6-week series class. InterPlay (interplay.org) is an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom of the body. There are communities worldwide that embrace this practice. It is fun, and anyone with a body can enjoy it!. It is based in a series of incremental “forms” that lead participants to movement and stories, silence and song, ease and amusement. In the process, we discover the wisdom in ourselves and our community.

Barbra Wiener is a certified Interplay leader from Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has been involved with Interplay for 25 years and leads classes and "playgroups" in the Twin Cities and in California. She has led Interplay with medical students in California for 10 years.
