ARE YOU:
Concerned about falls?
Interested in improving balance, flexibility and strength?
Someone who has experienced falls in the past?
Restricted in your activities because of falling?
YOU WILL LEARN TO:
Practice and adopt proven strategies to reduce fall risks
Set goals for increasing activity
Increase strength, balance and flexibility through seated and standing exercises using chairs for stability, exercises focus on flexibility, strength and coordination, all essential for good balance.
Registration is required; this is not a drop-in class. The classes are sequential with each week building upon the prior week's class.
