Genealogy Class

This course is for a student preparing to learn about their family’s ancestry. It will cover how to organize and preserve documents, using online, i.e., databases as well as offline resources and establishing a methodology to research.

About the Facilitator: Denise Beeson ~ Adjunct Instructor at Santa Rosa Jr. College for over 20 years in the Business Dept. teaching Sales, Marketing and Small Business Management Classes. 5 years teaching in the Older Adult Classes. Developed and teach in the Genealogy Program. Classes include many aspects of genealogy including Foundations in Genealogy, Migration-European and American, Roadblocks & Brickwalls and DNA.
